Deadlines that prepare themselves. Every morning the Filing agent checks each company's financial year end against the Companies Act deadlines (AGM within 6 months, annual return within 7). When one is coming up, it drafts the directors' resolution and asks the company secretary whether to send it.
What this demo shows: The agent runs on a timer, then asks you, as the admin, to proceed or not. Proceed, and an AGM resolution for signing card appears on Legal and a signing task lands in the director's My Tasks. The companies, people and documents are invented; nothing is filed anywhere.
Filing agent AI
