The short version: yes, it's safe; yes, you can cancel; and yes, Yi remembers.

Every confirmed invoice you generate and send. Drafts, edits and re-sends of the same invoice don't count - we only tick the meter when an invoice is finalized. Free includes 100 finalized invoices per calendar year.
Yes - one click from settings. You won't be charged again, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and your invoices, clients and data stay accessible on the Free tier. Annual plans can be cancelled too - we'll prorate the unused months back to your card.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in a Singapore region, with daily backups. We don't share, sell or use your invoice content to train models. Yi.nvoice is built by accountants (ET Management & AccountingBPO) - we treat your books the way we'd want ours treated.
Out of the box - standard-rated (9%), zero-rated, and exempt are all handled. Yi.nvoice produces invoices that look right to IRAS and your accountant. If you're GST-registered, your GST number prints automatically; if you're not, no tax line appears.
Yes. Upload a CSV from your current tool (Xero, QuickBooks, a spreadsheet) and Yi maps the columns for you. Or just mention a client in chat the first time - Yi learns and remembers them for next time.
