Before you ask.

The short version: yes, free really means free. Yes, customisation gets quoted. Yes, your accountant can see it too.

There isn't one. Yi.ncome subscribers get Yi.ngdom because Yi.ngdom makes Yi.ncome more valuable - your bookkeeping data finally talks to you. It's bundle economics, not a Trojan horse. We don't time-limit the free tier, and we don't lock the standard dashboards behind a paywall later.
Anything beyond the 5 standard dashboards or beyond Yi.ncome as the data source. If you ask for "show me my customer LTV alongside churn rate, broken down by segment", that's a new dashboard - we'll scope and quote it. If you want to plug Xero or QuickBooks into Yi.ngdom instead of Yi.ncome, that's an integration build - same conversation.
A custom dashboard typically lands in the SGD $500 - $2,500 range one-off, depending on data complexity. A non-Yi.ncome integration usually sits at SGD $1,500 - $5,000 one-off. Ongoing retainers (we keep tweaking as your business changes) start around SGD $500 / mo. The call exists because we can usually scope you in 20 minutes.
Talk to us. Yi.ngdom usually comes alongside Yi.ncome adoption (the data has to live somewhere), but standalone is possible if your books are elsewhere - that path lands in the "Custom" tier. We'll honestly tell you whether moving to Yi.ncome is the cheaper play.
Yes. Your accountant sees the same dashboards you do - read-only, on their phone, same as you. It's actually a useful side-effect: instead of emailing them "what's our margin doing?", you both see the answer at the same time.
Typically 2-4 weeks for a single new dashboard, faster for tweaks to existing ones. The flow is: 30-min discovery → wireframe mockup back to you within a week → build → handover & walk-through. We don't disappear and surprise you with a finished thing - you see it taking shape.
