Happy Labour Day to Those Who Carry the Weight Quietly

As we celebrate Labour Day in Singapore, we often think of it as a tribute to the workforce. Today, we would like to take a moment to recognise another group who are quietly holding things together.

Behind every company, there is someone who:

1. Thinks about payroll even before falling asleep;
2. Carries the responsibility of a team;
3. Makes decisions, even when the path ahead is uncertain.

Labour, in this sense, is not just physical. It is mental, emotional, and often invisible.

Even on your "day off" or "time off", it still includes checking emails and all. We see you!

And if no one has said this to you recently, we want to let you know, "You are doing BETTER than you think!"
