How will we assist you?
1. We will submit an online name application to check whether your proposed name can be approved.
2. We can assist you in reserving your proposed name for up to 60 days.
3. We will then assist in submitting an online incorporating transaction. (see below for details)
4. We will then assist you in the post-incorporation matters. (see below for details)

Our fees: For incorporating a local company, your investment is $585/- (inclusive of government (ACRA) charges).

Pre-incorporation preparation:
a. Gathering of the particulars of shareholders

c. Setting out the share capital details
d. Setting out the allotment of shares
e. Determining the registered address
f. Appointment of the company secretary (as an officer)
g. Preparation of the M&AA (Memorandum and Articles of Assoication)
h. Preparation of consent to act as directors forms
i. Application for allotment of shares forms

Post-incorporation preparation:
a. First meeting of directors
b. Appointment of chairman
c. Confirmation of appointment of directors
d. Declaration of directors’ interest
e. Preparation of statutory registers, minute books and company seal
f. Preparation and issue of share certificates
g. Determine financial year end
h. Appointment of auditor (*)
i. Opening of bank account
j. Preparation of EGM and resolutions for the above matters.
